PredictiveCheckTest.replicated: NDArray[float64]#

(R, m, k) statistics of every replication.

replicated[r, i, j] is statistics[i] on variable j of the r-th replicated panel. This axis is what pvalues counts over and replicated_quantiles() takes quantiles over. A statistic undefined on some replication – acf1 of a constant series – is nan there, and that cell’s p-value is nan in turn. The replicated panels themselves are not kept.
