NSSDNResult._paths_to_dict(observed, paths, mix)[source]#

Lay a pass of the network out as the dictionary decompose returns.

Parameters:

  • observed (NDArray[double]) – (r,) the observations the rows align with, on the same scale as paths.

  • paths (_SpectralPaths) – One pass of the predictor.

  • mix (NDArray[double]) – (k,) the mixing vector, which the predictor’s paths do not carry.

Return type:

dict[str, NDArray[double]]

Returns:

The arrays keyed as decompose() documents.
